Orlando, FL — The Florida Chapter of the National Organization for Women (FL NOW) condemns President Donald Trump’s reckless and humiliating address to the United Nations General Assembly, calling it a dangerous display of authoritarianism, xenophobia, and disinformation that undermines global cooperation and threatens civil liberties at home.

“What we witnessed was not diplomacy—it was a tantrum,” said Julie Kent, President of FL NOW. “Trump used the world’s most respected diplomatic forum to insult allies, deny climate science, and threaten sovereign nations with militarized nationalism.
