Chapter Literature Reboost Project

Florida NOW has been awarded funding for a Statewide Literature Reboost Project to update, expand, and print educational materials for Florida NOW chapters.

The project will update and create a collection of accessible, visually engaging feminist materials that chapters can use for tabling, community outreach, educational programming, and organizing.

With more than 8,000 pieces of literature being produced through the project, we are working to put useful, accessible educational resources directly into the hands of communities across Florida.

The Literature Reboost Project will support the development and printing of materials covering a range of issues and organizing needs, including:

  • Issue explainer
  • Reproductive justice resources
  • Consent education
  • Custom Chapter cards

Materials will be designed with inclusive language, accessibility, and intersectional feminist perspectives at the center.

This project is not simply about printing more materials. It is an opportunity to build a stronger, more consistent collection of resources that Florida NOW chapters can use for outreach in their communities.

Custom Chapter Cards

Every Florida NOW chapter has different communities, priorities, and organizing needs. The Literature Reboost Project is designed to support that local work while strengthening our statewide cohesion and access to materials.

The project will include custom chapter cards to help chapters with outreach and potential membership growth.

By investing in shared, cohesive educational materials, we’re helping chapters spend less time creating basic outreach materials from scratch and more time organizing, educating, and building relationships in their communities.

Florida NOW chapter leaders: apply on behalf of your chapter to participate in the Literature Reboost Project.

We will share additional information about available materials, chapter distribution, card customization, and participation as the project moves forward.

Questions about the project or chapter applications can be directed to KaitlynComms@gmail.com.
