Florida NOW PAC 2026 Endorsed Candidate Page

Anna Eskamani, Candidate for Orlando Mayor

Anna is a bold and unapologetic fighter for Florida families and everyday people. Born and raised in Orlando, she’s the daughter of working-class immigrants who came to Florida from Iran in search of the American Dream. Anna went to Orange County Public Schools and the University of Central Florida. She earned dual degrees as an undergrad and graduate student, works as a nonprofit professional, and completed her PhD in Public Administration from UCF in 2024.

A bridge builder, Anna flipped her legislative seat in 2018 and won her re-election by an overwhelmingmajority in 2020, 2022, and 2024. She made history as the first Iranian-American elected to any public office in Florida and has championed critical issues like housing affordability, tax breaks for working families, environmental protection, equality for all, funding for public schools, human trafficking and sexual assault prevention, and support of arts and culture funding. With a track record of kind sacrifice, endless hard work, and iron-clad values, Anna is known across the state and nation as a leader who is unbothered, unbossed, and committed to the people of Florida.

Mira Tanna for District 3 Commissioner, Orlando City

From housing affordability to creating thriving business districts, the challenges facing District 3 residents are complex. As a City of Orlando public servant for the past six years, Mira knows how local government works and is ready to tackle Orlando’s biggest needs to improve District 3 for all of our residents. In her role as the city’s Grants Manager, she has helped secure millions of dollars to improve our water quality, make our schools safer, protect our communities from natural disasters, and increase access to fresh produce.

One of Mira’s priorities will be to make our community more walkable, bikeable and transit-friendly, while reducing traffic congestion and spurring economic development. As a public transit user, Mira takes the Lynx bus to City Hall for work each day, and knows how to improve our transit system and make our neighborhoods safer for pedestrians and cyclists. Mira will bring her background in civil rights and library services to make sure that local government is accessible, responsive and effective for all Orlando residents.

Kyandra Darling

Kyandra Darling for FL State House / District 62

Kyandra Darling is a proud forth-generation native of St. Petersburg and lifelong Democrat, born into a family dedicated to public service and making meaningful change.

As a working mother to an 8-year-old son, Kyandra understands the importance of strong schools, safe neighborhoods, quality healthcare, and stable housing – resources every family deserves.  In 2024, Kyandra endured the heartbreaking loss of her father, who struggled with mental health and addiction.  Relying on her faith, family, and community for support, she found renewed determination to tackle the challenges that prevent families from thriving.

“For my son and for every family working toward a better future – I will keep fighting for the opportunities we all deserve.”

Stephanie Vazquez for Pasco County Commission District 2 Seat

Stephanie Vazquez, a U.S. Air Force veteran and longtime community advocate, has officially launched her campaign for Pasco County Commission District 2.  Vazquez  is focused on stopping reckless development, improving stormwater infrastructure, strengthening public schools, and bringing transparency  and accountability back to local govenment.  With deep roots in Pasco and a strong record of public service, she’s offering voters a bold, people-first alternative to politics as usual.

Jennifer Web for Gulfport City Council Ward 3 Seat

I, Jennifer Webb am running to be elected as your Ward III Council Member in Gulfport so I can stand up for our hardworking neighbors, champion the final leg of our recovery, and provide a pathway into our future that works for those who have been here for 30 years and those who have been here for 30 months.  You can count on me to engage our community, connect people, and protect your best interests.  I’m committed to putting you first.   I know how to show up, listen, and lead.  As your council member, you can count on me to stand up for Gulfport’s people and businesses.  We deserve city council members that will not only work tirelessly to get our neighbors back in their houses and our businesses reopend, but also elected officials who have a vision for the future of Gulfport  that includes all of our neighbors.  I chose to live in Ward III because my family values the diversity of the diversity of the neighborhood.

The Municipal General Election will take place on March 10th, 2026
