This report offers a clear look into our organizing, advocacy, and community-building work across the state. This report reflects the collective efforts of our members, chapters, partners, and supporters as we respond to the current political landscape in Florida while remaining grounded in feminist values and intersectional justice.
Our Commitment to Accountability
Florida NOW is committed to accountability, member-led leadership, and ongoing organizational growth. Publishing an annual report is one step in documenting our work, sharing our priorities, and reflecting on where we are as an organization.
As a volunteer-led organization rebuilding capacity in a challenging political landscape, this report focuses on our organizing, advocacy, and structural progress. We view this first report as a foundation to build from, with the intention of strengthening our reporting and internal systems over time.
